C2 Microsystems Announced CC1000 Mass Production with MagnetoX (Nov. 30, 2006)

SAN JOSE, CALIF. Nov. 30, 2006 - C2 Microsystems, Inc., the leading developer of fully programmable media processor for low cost, high performance and networked media, today announced that MagnetoX, C2 Microsystems' customer, has successfully released its V120 Personal Video Recorder (PVR) using the CC1000 entering into mass production.

MagnetoX V120 is the smallest PVR in the industry. It has a built-in TV tuner and AV input ports. It's easy to use, users can use a remote control to record favorite video programs into a mobile Hard-Disk or SD card, save as MPEG-4 format which dramatically reduce the requirements for disk space. The support for SD cards will allow users be able to enjoy programs on Smartphones or PMPs. The V120 PVR is open for sale worldwide.
