CC3302 combines complete TV input and display processing with an advanced media processor to provide a complete, mature Smart TV solution

Beijing, China and San Jose, California, December 30th, 2011 – C2 Microsystems announced today that Panda Group is using the CC3302 Smart TV silicon device for their LE32D11S 32-inch and LE42D11SD 42-inch 3D LED TV models, now in mass production.  The CC3302 Smart TV solution is an optimized Android^TM platform coupled with media processing and applications enhancements to create an industry-leading solution for television products.

The CC3302 Smart TV silicon device supports the decoding and display of analog and digital video from baseband (Composite, S-Video, Component, VGA and HDMI) and broadcast TV sources. It offers high quality de-interlacing, scaling and post-processing for direct display on LCD television panels. It includes popular features such as 3D display and 2D to 3D conversion. The integrated media processor supports multi-format audio / video decoding and post-processing simultaneously with high-performance applications processing for rich media environments such as HTML5 and Adobe Flash^TM.
